For ISO/IEC 17025 calibration laboratories

A validation record your technical manager can actually review.

Send one redacted Excel uncertainty budget. Receive a signed-ready PDF that shows what the workbook is meant to do, what was tested, what passed, what failed and what could not be established.

Founding offer: the first workbook is free for my first ten customers.

The actual problem

A workbook cannot be the evidence of its own validation.

A spreadsheet may calculate correctly today and still be difficult to defend during an assessment. The missing artifact is usually not another spreadsheet. It is a controlled record connecting requirements, independent expected results, test coverage, findings and human approval.

01

Documented

File identity, worksheet inventory, requirements, dependencies and formula patterns are recorded against a document number and file hash.

02

Tested

Supported uncertainty budgets and linear calibration calculations are recomputed independently, with boundary and negative cases added.

03

Bounded

Unsupported methods, missing evidence and laboratory-only decisions are named explicitly. Silence never becomes a pass.

Inspect the deliverable first

Judge the record, not the sales copy.

The public sample is the same kind of PDF a laboratory receives. Start with page 3 for the summary and required actions. The remaining pages show the requirements, coverage map, findings, all 47 NIST checks, test cases and formula inventory.

Read the precise method, limitations and primary sources.

Complete sample validation record

Built from a public demonstration workbook containing deliberate good and bad cases. It shows both the evidence the process can establish and the places where human review remains necessary.

No registration. No attachment. One PDF.

Read the sample record

Low-friction process

Your data does not need to come with the formulas.

Redact

Delete data rows, sample identifiers and customer names. Keep formulas, labels and workbook structure intact.

Send

Email the redacted copy and the relevant accredited scope. I confirm within one business day whether the file is readable.

Review and sign

Receive the PDF record and results CSV within ten business days. Your technical manager reviews and signs. I never certify or approve the workbook.

Transparent pricing

Try the artifact before paying for a program.

WorkPrice
First workbook, first ten customersFree
First workbook after the founding offer$750
Each additional workbook in the same engagement$250
Ten-workbook bundle, first year$3,500
Annual reverification, per workbook$150
Ten-workbook annual renewal$1,200

The free first file is a founding offer, not a permanent price tier. It exists because I started this service in 2026 and no record I have produced has yet been through an accreditation assessment. You should see the work before taking that risk with your budget.

Fit matters

This is evidence work, not certification or budget design.

Good fit

  • Excel uncertainty budgets used in an ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory
  • Formula-driven workbooks that need documented validation or reverification
  • Row-based budgets and linear calibration calculations that can be independently recomputed
  • Teams that want findings and limitations stated plainly

Not this service

  • Accreditation, certification, approval or an assessment guarantee
  • Choosing uncertainty contributors or building a budget from scratch
  • Retroactively approving results already issued
  • Claiming an unsupported calculation passed because an engine did not evaluate it

A concrete next step

Send a redacted workbook, or ask one question first.

I am Félix Desrochers in Shawinigan, Quebec. I produce the evidence record; your laboratory keeps the metrology judgment and signs the result.
